Additional staffing or service adjustments may be required based on guest arrival patterns, menu complexity, venue setup, and the requested service window.

What “from” means: final pricing may vary for concentrated service windows, difficult venue access, additional labor, customization, parking, travel, permits, insurance requirements, added equipment, or extended service time. The final guaranteed drink count is confirmed before the event; additional servings are provided only when operationally possible and authorized by your designated event contact.

Retail pop-ups and brand activations are structured according to attendance, service time, location, audience fit, and event format. Commercial terms are quoted privately after the event details are reviewed.

Travel charges are starting amounts, not total booking prices. Parking, tolls, lodging, unusual access expenses, venue-required permits, and event-specific compliance costs may be added when applicable.

BOOKING DETAILS

Clear expectations before matcha day.

HOLD THE DATE

A 50% nonrefundable booking retainer reserves your event and is applied to the final balance.

FINAL BALANCE

Due seven days before events under $1,500 and 14 days before events of $1,500 or more, with the guaranteed drink count.

QUOTE WINDOW

Quotes are valid for seven days. A quote is not a reservation until the contract and retainer are received.

RUSH REQUESTS

A rush coordination fee from $150 may apply inside the normal planning or permitting window.

TAX + EVENT COSTS

Applicable sales tax and venue-specific permits, compliance costs, parking, tolls, or access fees are added when applicable.

CHANGES + WEATHER

Your agreement will spell out cancellation, rescheduling, weather, force-majeure, and date-transfer terms.
